I am really keen to get started with Bank Zero, but the app has a bug preventing me from registering. It occurs when selecting the option to pick up the bank card at a nearby Clicks. Successfully selecting a clicks, the app won't let me continue to the next screen. Changing to my home address lets me continue but not complete the process stating an error. Really sad. I'll rather look elsewhere.

The onboarding was very efficient and quick. The app overall is very impressive in term of functionality, security, and ease of use. I haven't had many occurrences where the app gave an error or was unclear in terms use. One main point of improvement would be UI/UX. Aesthetically there is room for improvement. It's not bad by any means, just a bit dated in my opinion (for example the icons) * One suggestion I do have for additional functionality would be "1 tap". Like 1 cash, but for card tap.

Excellent banking and payments with zero fees. Card accepted worldwide. Signup may require a few tries to get the selfie capture. Don't stop. It is worth it. But the main reason I recommend BankZero is for the ‘friend’ feature for joint financials: I have a second account (free) for family payments (mostly medical). No more questions about spend. No overdraft, so you have to monitor balance (app sends daily statement). So, the only fees I had were when I tried to spend money I don't have!
